Production technology

The option to choose the material, dimensions and type of surface finish provides an endless number of variations, enabling us to satisfy a wide range of customers.

We constantly follow the latest trends and developments in production technologies, which we then implement in our production programme, enabling us to offer endless variations on our products and to maintain high quality standards. The machines we work with when shaping material include a Biesse CNC formatting saw, an automatic pressing line, CNC Biesse edge-banding machine, Biesse 5-axis CNC lathe, Biesse EDGE CNC lathe with edge banding, Biesse Skipper CNC drill, small conventional machines and a Viet wide-belt sander.

Depending on the type of product, in the initial phase the CNC formatting saw is used to cleanly and precisely cut the material to the part needed. Then, depending on the specifics of the given material, the edges are banded or the veneer or film is pressed on the automatic pressing line accordingly to precisely pre-defined specifications. After this process the material then undergoes advanced 3D machining on a 5-axis CNC lathe and the EDGE CNC lathe is used to band the edges of complexly shaped and specific parts.

Although we use cutting-edge technology, this still has its limits, and so detailed work is performed manually together with small conventional machines, such as formatting saws, table-top cutters and many others. The human factor then plays an important role in the final quality control process, where the product is sanded by hand, complementing the work of the wide-belt sander.
