Paint shop

We paint the individual parts based on their size and shape specifications. The parts are then painted according to these criteria using the overhead conveyor, roller coating line or are 3D painted by our painting robot.

The overhead conveyor makes manual work more efficient and ensures production continuity. It eliminates any production defects caused by human handling, ensuring that all paint work is perfectly precise.

For painting flat parts we use a roller coating line, which works with high-quality lacquers that ensure an environmentally-friendly, fast, effective and especially a quality surface finish.

Complexly shaped parts are painted by the 3D robot, where the parts are scanned by scanners, thus eliminating any loss of material and ensuring an even coat of paint.
